We’re seeking an experienced Integrity Engineer to join a high-performing offshore asset team in Darwin. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering and maintaining Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (38-hour week)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop the required database for RBI studies prior to commencement of the analysis while ensuring adherence to industrial best practices and protocols.
- Carry out duties as a focal point for RBI methodology and coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Process Engineer, Operations and Maintenance teams, and applicable third-party RBI service providers for performing the RBI studies and workshops to support effective knowledge transfer.
- Analyse, establish and recommend the required types of inspection techniques to be used for effective identification of integrity issues based on RBI methodology for each part of equipment and piping.
- Assist the Integrity Team in planning and scheduling of inspection activities for the assets.
- Re-run the RBI analysis based on the inspection results so as to establish the subsequent inspection plans; and to ensure accurate updating of database.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant internal departments & external entities such as service providers etc. with highest standards of business ethics, while ensuring the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering, coupled with prior experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Proficient in RBI software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Experience with corrosion software and DNV Synergi RBI Offshore / Plant will be an added advantage.
