Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Interface Specialist (Pipelines & Cables) to coordinate internal and external interfaces across Offshore Projects and RLIC entities. The role focuses on ensuring seamless information flow, maintaining auditable documentation, and proactively resolving technical and schedule conflicts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Interface Management Plans, registers, matrices, and agreements (IAs)
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to prevent interface clashes
  • Oversee documentation workflows, transmittals, and data exchange systems
  • Facilitate interface alignment between contractors, subcontractors, and third parties
  • Monitor and track interface deliverables, approvals, and KPIs
  • Identify interface risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Maintain interface databases, logs, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with project controls and support audits & QA checks
  • Lead closure of interface agreements, ensuring as-built documentation accuracy
  • Prepare status reports and lessons learned reports for management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Interface Management (Oil & Gas projects)
  • Proven experience in large-scale offshore/onshore EPC projects
Skills & Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of interface management processes & documentation systems
  • Experience with Interface Registers, Interface Agreements (IAs), and reporting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination & communication skills
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and interface/document management software
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
