Hybrid Model: Winnipeg, MB or Bolton, ON Description
- Supervise and manage General Plant Maintenance Capital (GPMC) projects for process safety critical equipment, including turbocompressor equipment and auxiliary systems, and balance of plant equipment.
- Oversee various maintenance projects to ensure all applicable regulatory and corporate requirements are met.
- Perform time and cost management of programs and projects, including budgets and schedules, managing project cost change control, and variance reporting of cost, scope, schedule, and risk.
- Provide bi-weekly and monthly updates on project performance metrics.
- Direct and manage the work of external consultants and contractors.
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, understand their expectations and expert contributions, and determine how they can contribute to program or project success.
- Optimize and align field resources to support field implementation.
- Identify data integrity improvements and cost savings through analysis of the programs.
- Support the development and implementation of the Company’s project management tools, standards, and processes to support regulated programs within Canada.
- Identify opportunities for value creation and efficiency improvements to reduce overall project costs.
- Selected candidate will work out of either the Bolton, ON office or Winnipeg, MB office.
