Salary Range: $48-$55 per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mon & Tues in office; Wed–Fri remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join a global organization’s audit team. This role is pivotal in evaluating financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and recommending improvements. It offers a fast-track career path into finance leadership roles. The role has Up to 15% of travel (approximately 6 trips per year, 2 weeks per trip; includes international travel).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead audit engagements across global business units.
- Review financial records, accounting practices, and operations to identify risks and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyze risk management processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies promoting transparency and accountability.
- Participate in special projects, due diligence reviews, post-acquisition reviews, and investigations.
- Stay current on audit methodologies and technology through training and seminars.
- Provide independent advice to ensure validity and goal achievement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s or CPA/CIA/ACCA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in external audit (Big 4 experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial audit principles; IT audit experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
