International Mobility Inbound Specialist Rotterdam, Netherlands | Hybrid Working (Up to 3 days per week in the office) | Monday – Friday

We're working with a leading organisation within the global energy industry to recruit an International Mobility Inbound Specialist to join their team in Rotterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless relocation and onboarding experience for employees moving internationally.

You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of inbound mobility, ensuring compliance with local legislation while providing first-class support to employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders.

The Role

As the International Mobility Inbound Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end inbound mobility process, including:
  • Coordinating international relocations and onboarding activities.
  • Supporting employees throughout their relocation journey.
  • Managing work permits, immigration requirements and local registrations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment, tax and immigration legislation.
  • Liaising with external relocation providers, government authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating medical appointments, relocation logistics and onboarding activities.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data within HR systems.
  • Supporting invoice processing, reporting and mobility administration.
  • Providing guidance on international mobility policies and best practices.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in an international environment and already based in the Netherlands. 

You'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience within HR, Payroll or International Mobility.
  • Around 2+ years' experience in a global HR or mobility environment.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation, immigration processes and tax compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience using HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar is beneficial.
Experience with the following would be highly desirable:
  • International assignments and secondments.
  • Visa and work permit processes.
  • Shadow payroll and social security agreements.
  • Relocation logistics.
  • Data reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience within International Mobility or Global HR is preferred.
