Job Title: IT/OT Infrastructure System Engineer
Position Summary This Perth‑based position is responsible for the support, reliability, and ongoing maintenance of PCN/OT infrastructure across operational environments. The Infrastructure System Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, secure, and consistent performance of servers, storage, and applications within the PCN/OT ecosystem. The role works closely with delivery teams to uphold technical standards, achieve reliability targets, and maintain alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

The role works closely with delivery teams to uphold technical standards, achieve reliability targets, and maintain alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure PCN/OT infrastructure systems operate reliably, securely, and in compliance with organisational standards while supporting digital enablement.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and effective resolution of issues within operational PCN/OT environments.
- Deliver technical guidance for the design, review, and implementation of major system upgrades and new PCN/OT solution deployments.
- Respond to site‑based requests for IT and PCN/OT infrastructure support and partner with central teams to develop new site capabilities.
- Build productive working relationships with local, site, and international teams to sustain robust and secure IT/OT PCN operations.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise in governance, compliance, and cybersecurity across PCN/OT infrastructure assets.
- Maintain security compliance by ensuring infrastructure adheres to corporate policies, technical standards, controls, and applicable legislative requirements.
