Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Estimator to support Offshore Tendering Services activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, supporting tender development, and contributing to the selection of cost-effective execution strategies within Oil & Gas projects.

This role requires working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the ability to work autonomously under project supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver cost estimates for tenders in line with established procedures
  • Support the development of execution plans with the Tender Lead and Commercial Lead
  • Perform cost simulations to evaluate alternative execution strategies
  • Contribute to identifying the most cost-effective solutions for project delivery
  • Review, analyse, and challenge deliverables from various departments involved in tenders
  • Prepare pricing schedules, unit rates, and commercial qualification documentation
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience or exposure to Oil & Gas industry (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position based at the contractor’s office in Puteaux
  • IT equipment, software, and office facilities provided
  • Compliance with company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards required
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and attend site safety inductions
  • Availability for potential international assignments (if required), with appropriate insurance coverage
