Junior Field Operator
Location: Bonnyville, AB
Type: 6-month contract: possibility of conversion to permanent
Schedule: 12-hour days on site / 40 hrs per week in shop
Rate: $25/hour

Our client is growing its industrial cleaning operations and is seeking a Junior Field Operator to support field crews on year-round work. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in industrial services and develop hands-on experience with high-pressure equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior operators with industrial cleaning and field operations
- Support setup, teardown, and day-to-day activities on client sites
- Work safely around pressure trucks and high-pressure systems
- Safely assist with staging and maneuvering gooseneck trailers
- Complete shop work during non-project periods
- Always follow all company and client safety procedures
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Comfortable driving and handling trailers (gooseneck experience is a strong asset)
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Physically able to work long days in field conditions
- Industrial cleaning or oil & gas service experience
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on background (e.g., farm, trades, equipment operation)
- Bonnyville or local area (candidates within ~3 hours may be considered for strong fit)
- Candidates with strong driving habits and equipment awareness
- Competitive entry-level rate with room for advancement
- 6-month contract with strong intent to convert to permanent
