Job Profile Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth within assigned strategic accounts in Taiwan, with primary responsibility for developing and executing account strategies that support Sensata’s Industrial and Data Center business. The role serves as the commercial owner for designated key accounts, building long-term executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating cross-functional resources, and delivering sustainable revenue and new business growth. The Key Account Manager is accountable for achieving Net Revenue, New Business Opportunity (NBO), and strategic growth objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial excellence.

General Responsibilities
•Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
• Pursue sales leads
• Lead in visits to existing and new customers
• Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Respond to customer enquiries; and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets
• Innovates and creates sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers
• Perform supplier audits on site at distributor warehouse locations
• Identify and implement efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards, etc.
• Initiate regular communication with distributors to mitigate shipment errors and discrepancies
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve annual Net Revenue, New Business Opportunity (NBO), and New Logo objectives.
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned strategic key accounts, building executive relationships and coordinating global customer engagement.
- Lead strategic customer business reviews and develop multi-year account growth plans aligned with customer technology roadmaps and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities across Industrial and Data Center applications.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer by communicating customer requirements, market intelligence, and business risks to internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in products and customer support.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Field Application Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Marketing and channel partners to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and customer activity withing SFDC while ensuring compliance with Sensata commercial policies and processes.
