Lead Civil Engineer- Substation

Lead Civil Engineer -Substation experience 
12 Months contract 
Hybrid- Predominatley remote with occasional meetings on client site.
Inside IR35- Expenses covered 

• Lead, all civil scope activities and sub‑suppliers to ensure substation system integrity and correct functionality.
• Oversee all civil design work, calculations, and associated documentation for substation projects.
• Provide technical recommendations throughout civil design, engineering, and execution phases to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across civil engineering processes and project execution.
• Support contract managers with civil‑scope claims, assessing cost, schedule impacts, and risk quantification.
• Supply civil technical details, cost inputs, and deliverables for Sales proposals.
• Support project managers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver work plans, resource needs, proposals, cost estimates, and risk/opportunity analyses for the civil scope.
