- Provide resident Civil and Structural construction support and management of QA/QC inspection services
- Experience on construction and commissioning of two large CCGT projects
- More than 5 years of site construction experience on CCGT project as Lead.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly progress review meeting.
- Review all pre-fab and installation construction engineering deliverable including procedures, plans, drawing, specification, QA/QC documentation, inspection, witnessing and Site Acceptance Test, etc.
- Provide the inspection and wellness services relevant to civil & structural works per agreed ITP and Witness Points, SAT, and other major milestone test on the site.
- Provide inspection services relevant to civil and structural works of off-site manufacturing/fabrication facilities, off-site storage/lay down facilities, storage of imported equipment and packages/crates, as required.
- Verify the provision of QA/QC records and certificates relevant to civil & structural works
- Verify and compile the punch list and non conformance reports relevant to civil & structural works.
