Summary
Seeking a senior Lead Primary Engineer with strong substation design expertise and leadership experience to drive engineering delivery and manage teams for international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver primary design for substations (HV systems)
- Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with international standards
- Review designs, drawings, and specifications
- Manage and mentor engineering teams
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Support project planning, execution, and client engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of substation primary design experience
- Proven team management and hands-on design capability
- Experience in projects across Australia, USA, and Canada
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards
- We are seeking candidates currently based in the Philippines with the right to work locally, due to project requirements and mobility considerations
