The Role: Lead Transmission Line Engineer
Location: Perth CBD
Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 + Super + 10% Bonus

The Role
As a Lead Transmission Line Engineer, you will:
- Lead the technical delivery of overhead transmission line projects up to 500kV
- Review and approve designs, calculations and engineering deliverables
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and quality oversight to engineers
- Manage compliance, technical risk and client requirements across multiple projects
- Act as a key interface with utilities, contractors and project stakeholders
- Contribute to business growth, proposals and strategic initiatives
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years' experience delivering transmission line projects
- Strong capability in PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER and/or PLS-POLE
- Experience with HV transmission infrastructure and tower design
- Knowledge of Australian transmission standards including AS/NZS 7000
- A leadership mindset and desire to mentor and develop others
