We are working with our major Oil and Gas Operator, seeking a Learning Specialist to join them on an initial contract until the end of 2027. The learning specialist designs and delivers SAP S/4HANA learning solutions for deployment within Australian Business unit, by collaborating with the Program Global learning team, external vendors and internal stakeholders  to develop localised high-quality learning materials, while managing training delivery, governance, and vendor performance to ensure effective and compliant outcomes. This role reports into Change Management Lead.

Responsibilities:
Learning Design & Development (30%)
Partner with Global Team and selected vendors to leverage existing learning materials, and design and develop SAP S/4HANA learning solutions; translate business processes into role-based curricula; develop learning resources such as instructor lead training, job aids, simulations and videos; apply learning standards.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement (25%)
Partner with Australia Deployment Leads, SMEs, Global team, Learning and Talent centre of excellence; provide learning strategy advice; facilitate curriculum and content development and deployment plan for learning. Engage with Business Leaders and teams to communicate the strategy and deployment planning and schedules.

Learning Systems & Technology Enablement (15%)
Utilize Workday Learning, Degreed (iLearn), CMS and WalkMe; support UAT and deployment; ensure reporting and adoption tracking.

Learning Governance & Process Integration (5%)
Maintain governance, standards and documentation; support compliance and audit requirements.

Deployment & Training Execution (15%)
Execute E2E training deployment; support scheduling, training, tracking and readiness activities; drive continuous improvement.

Vendor & Contract Management (10%)
Manage vendors and contracts; oversee deliverables; ensure quality, scope and performance alignment. Partner with Vendors, Supply Chain Management to implement contract and manage relationships.
