- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Leitstellenteams
- Personalplanung, -entwicklung sowie Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit
- Organisation und Steuerung des Betriebs der Stromnetzleitstelle
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und gesetzeskonformen Netzbetriebs
- Verantwortung für Leitstellenkommunikation und Meldemanagement
- Mitwirkung im Krisen- und Notfallmanagement
- Operative Mitarbeit und Vertretung des Netzdispatchers Strom
- Koordination von Monteuren, Schaltpersonal und Bereitschaftsdiensten
- Ingenieur, Technker, Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Stromnetz- und Leitstellenumfeld von Vorteil
- Schaltberechtigung bzw. Bereitschaft zum Erwerb dieser
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
