🔹 Work Schedule & Setup
The Lifting Superintendent will oversee and assure all critical lifting operations within the project, ensuring full compliance with company standards, international regulations, and best industry practices.
This role will drive lifting safety assurance programs, support project teams, and act as a key focal point for all lifting-related activities.

✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience in lifting operations

✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal)
✔ Strong problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications

🔹 Work Schedule & Setup
- 100% Onshore
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
- 6 Days/Week
- 8–10 Hours/Day
The Lifting Superintendent will oversee and assure all critical lifting operations within the project, ensuring full compliance with company standards, international regulations, and best industry practices.
This role will drive lifting safety assurance programs, support project teams, and act as a key focal point for all lifting-related activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lifting Governance & Assurance
- Act as focal point for lifting discipline across Projects
- Ensure compliance with Lifting Code of Practice (onshore/offshore)
- Maintain and update lifting standards and procedures
- Implement lifting safety assurance programs
- Supervise and oversee critical lifting operations (brownfield & greenfield)
- Review and approve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments
- Ensure lifting equipment integrity, inspections, and certifications
- Monitor site activities and enforce safe lifting practices
- Lead risk screening and formal risk assessments for lifting operations
- Conduct audits, site observations, and intervention programs
- Promote Safety Leadership and Life Saving Rules adherence
- Identify trends, risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with contractors, certification authorities, and stakeholders
- Support PMTs in:
- Resource planning
- Recruitment of lifting personnel
- Ensure alignment across all project teams and lifting activities
- Develop and maintain lifting performance reporting systems
- Capture and share lessons learned and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in lifting operations
🎓 OPITO – LOLER Competent Person Certification (Mandatory)
🔹 Experience & Knowledge
✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience in lifting operations
✅ Proven experience in:
- Lifting equipment inspection & certification
- Managing compliance and assurance processes
- International standards (ASME, BS, ISO, LOLER)
- Oil & Gas / LNG project environment
