Job Title: Logistics Analyst
Long Term Assignment!
Hybrid: 3 days at Office/2 Remotes

Job Description:

• Request, evaluate, and manage transport quotations.
• Coordinate and track end-to-end material pickups and deliveries, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine transportation and logistics processes to support operational excellence.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute general cargo transport operations, balancing cost, capacity, and service requirements.
• Manage spot quoting and rapid response protocols for urgent shipping needs.
• Coordinate time-sensitive courier shipments for critical spare parts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities, resolve operational issues, align on service expectations, and drive integrated supply chain performance.

Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or general cargo environment.
• Proven track record in managing freight procurement, transport planning, and international logistics.
• Solid understanding of global customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
