Title: Machine Operator
Location: Florence Kentucky USA -- 41042-2941
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 4:30 AM EST)

Pay Rate: $22–$27/hr

Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with team members.
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities for designated locations.
  • Maintain equipment according to established procedures, report issues or deviations.
  • Operate equipment in compliance with procedures and job requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes.
  • Participate in failure investigations when applicable.
  • Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operate Injection Mold Machines (IMM).
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work extended shifts and maintain performance under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating Injection Mold Machines (IMM).
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
