Machine Operator II – Precision Manufacturing Specialist (Allentown, PA)

Required Skills:
- Proficient in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC, EDM, and/or ECM machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings accurately.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude to install tooling and work holding devices correctly.
- Capable of lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Commitment to maintaining safety, quality standards, and productivity goals.
- U.S. Person status as required by export control regulations (proof will be requested).
- Experience with computerized shop floor tools and data systems.
- Proven ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions across multiple assembly tasks.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to collaboration.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in operating EDM, CNC, ECM machines, or tooling production.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.
- Candidates must specify their preferred shift (1st: 6AM-2PM, 2nd: 2PM-10PM, or 3rd: 10PM-6AM) on their application.
