Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Spruce Grove, AB
Start date: May 11, 2026
End date: April 1, 2027
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:30am – 3:00pm

Summary:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higherlevel maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
  • Comply with company and respective division TLM standards.
  • Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
