Position : Maintenance CMIMS Engineer 
Location:
 Milan Italy and then Afungi 
Start Date: July
Status: Residential for around 2 years then rotational (28/28)


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the usage of the CMIMS PM module to ensure optimal system utilisation and data integrity.
  • Review, maintain, and update CMIMS database in line with Company policies.
  • Review and upload data for all maintenance services.
  • Extract data for KPIs, reporting, PM plan follow‑up, OPEX monitoring, and spare parts analysis.
  • Initiate and adjust preventive maintenance plan dates.
  • Control and validate reporting of planned and unplanned interventions; ensure analysis is carried out by relevant departments.
  • Periodically review preventive maintenance plans and implement frequency changes based on approved change requests.
  • Review and update master data per discipline requirements.
  • Lead communication related to CMIMS upgrades or system changes across user groups.
  • Supervise and ensure coherent scheduling of all system change requests.
  • Attach required documentation and links within the CMIMS environment.
  • Provide one‑to‑one user training on basic CMIMS operation when required.
  • Adhere to Company HSE policies, promote safety culture, and contribute to continuous HSE improvement.
  • Support compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent international‑level qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of maintenance experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in LNG production plants (not terminals).
  • Minimum 7 years working specifically with SAP PM module (CMIMS).
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP MM & PM modules and MIEC.
  • Strong understanding of equipment used in LNG plants (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.).
  • Strong computer application and maintenance methodology skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
