The Maintenance Head of Methods and Engineering will manage all necessary Methods and Engineering Maintenance activities for conducting Maintenance efficiently and ensuring the technical integrity & required availability of equipment’s.

HSE RESPONSIBILITES
-           Adhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.
-           Promote continuously safety culture inside Maintenance Department.
-           Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others.
-           Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance.
-           Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives.
-           Occasionally participate in the near misses analyses, HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessment, safety audits, RCA, incidents and accidents analyses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-           Lead the CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Contract and Engineering disciplines.
-           Control reporting of planned and unplanned interventions through CMIMS and that analysis of interventions is done by all departments.
-           Manage the usage of CMIMS PM module to ensure optimum usage of the system functions and ensure its integrity.
-           Maintain and update the CMIMS database.
-           Review periodically the preventive maintenance plans and adjust frequencies.
-           Supervise and ensure the coherence of the scheduling of all work requests.
-           Coordinate preparation and updating of monthly reports on key performance indicators (preventive, corrective, performance, cost, budget follow up) compiled by the sections, to be further submitted to higher management.
-           Prepare annual budget for maintenance activities for all maintenance departments and follow up the same with finance on monthly basis.
-           Carry out monthly follow-up review meetings with all Maintenance disciplines, with different activities related to WBS.
-           Provide necessary guidance and technical expertise to all maintenance operations to achieve maintenance of facilities at minimum cost.
-           Make sure review of documentation, procedures, safety manual and other related documents are done regularly and documents archived.
-           Produce new procedures as necessary.
-           Validate and approve maintenance procedures, ensure procedures are implemented.
-           Ensure quality control of execution during maintenance activities.
-           Provide Plant Maintenance and Reliability teams with advice & guidance in solving technical problems.
-           Ensure root cause analysis of failure is done where necessary, improve reliability and reduce the number of technical failures.
-           Ensure that adequate provision is made for the availability of spare parts and materials for all maintenance works. This includes the periodic review of stock, the identification and ordering of direct materials and the preparation of financial justification.
-           Coordinate contract site activities, ensure compliance with contract deliverables, quality, safety and performance.
-           Coordinate development of technical work scope of contracts, review documents, and give recommendations for contractor’s pre-qualification.
-           Archive all documents and procedures for Operation.
-           Manage development of employees and especially Nationals to obtain maximum performance for the company.
-           Participate at the identification of training needs and ensure the proper implementation of approved training development programs within his department.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
-           Excellent knowledge of Rotating, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control systems integration and Methods.
-           Good knowledge of maintenance SAP (like CMIMS).
-           Good knowledge of computer applications and methods.
-           Excellent command of written and spoken English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Qualifications:
-           Master of higher education in Rotating/Mechanical, Instrumentation/Control or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience
Experience:
-           Minimum 20 years specific maintenance experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
-           Minimum 10 years in LNG producing plants, not LNG terminals
-           Excellent leadership (50 persons)
