Job Summary The Manager Maintenance is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities for CPF and offsite equipment to ensure safe and efficient hydrocarbon production. This role involves managing maintenance operations, monitoring installations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maintenance of CPF and offsite equipment to meet injection, metering, storage, and shipping objectives.
  • Plan and execute maintenance operations in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Monitor operating conditions of installations and oversee maintenance work execution.
  • Maintain collection and service networks, including storage capacities for planned production levels.
  • Communicate maintenance reports to management daily.
  • Conduct studies to improve installation performance and reliability.
  • Establish and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Evaluate staff performance and implement development actions.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and approve equipment modifications.
  • Coordinate engineering modifications and extensions.
  • Prepare resources for scheduled revisions and handle incidents promptly.
  • Ensure structural integrity and safety of units.
  • Oversee spare parts strategy for critical equipment.
  • Promote continuous improvement in maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation & Controls, Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Maintenance, Facilities, and Operations.
  • Strong team management and project management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance engineering practices.
  • English language skills required; French language skills are an advantage.
