Maintenance Senior Engineering Specialist PVV 

HSE RESPONSIBILITES
-    Adhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.
-    Promote continuously safety culture inside Maintenance Department.
-    Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others.
-    Attend mandatory HSE training, refresher/expired training and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance.
-    Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-    Ensure safety of personnel, environment protection, and the technical integrity of equipment’s in his domain of activities, implement HSE rules and follow procedures.
-    Occasionally participate in the near misses analyses, HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessment, safety audits, RCA, incidents and accidents analyses.
-    Lead the PVV (Piping, Valves and Vessels) Engineering Specialist Team.
-    Coordinate preparation and updating of monthly reports on key performance indicators (corrective, performance, cost, budget follow up) compiled by the section, to be further submitted to higher management. 
-    Provide necessary guidance and technical expertise to all PVV and Mechanical maintenance operations to achieve maintenance of facilities at minimum cost.
-    Make sure review of documentation, procedures, safety manual and other related documents are done regularly and documents archived.
-    Produce new procedures as necessary.
-    Validate and approve maintenance procedures, ensure procedures are implemented.
-    Ensure quality control of execution during maintenance activities.
-    Provide Plant Maintenance and Reliability teams with advice & guidance in solving technical problems. 
-    Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and investigations of relevant equipment failures, improve reliability and reduce the number of technical failures.
-    Ensure that adequate provision is made for the availability of spare parts and materials for all maintenance works. This includes the periodic review of stock, the identification and ordering of direct materials and the preparation of financial justification.
-    Coordinate contract site PVV activities, ensure compliance with contract deliverables, quality, safety and performance.
-    Coordinate development of technical work scope of contracts, review documents, and give recommendations for contractors pre-qualification.
-    Supervise vendors for provision of specialist PVV services, including participating in development of technical work scope of contracts.
-    Initiate and implement PVV modification proposals.
-    Manage development of employees and especially Nationals to obtain maximum performance for the company.
-    Participate at the identification of training needs and ensure the proper implementation of approved training development programs within his department.
-    Identify areas for improvement in PVV equipment safety, production, efficiency and compliance and carrying out the improvements to an agreed programme. Initiate and implement modification proposals.
-    Discuss with and set up objectives on an annual basis for subordinates and review on a regular basis.
-    Perform end of year appraisals.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
-    Excellent knowledge of Mechanical oil & gas / LNG equipment, maintenance, repair and methods.
-    Excellent knowledge of LNG equipment – operation, testing and repair methods (Valves, Piping systems including supports, Packaged equipment, Tanks, MCHE, Heat Exchangers, Air coolers, Fired heaters, Cold boxes, Loading arms)
-    Excellent knowledge of international codes & standards.
-    Good knowledge of maintenance SAP (like CMMS).
-    Knowledge of computer applications and methods.
-    Excellent command of written and spoken English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Qualifications:
-    Bachelor of higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience
Experience:
-    Minimum 20 years specific maintenance experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
-    Minimum 10 years in LNG producing plants, not LNG terminals
