Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support safe and efficient operations.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace defective components
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and control systems
- Maintain and repair equipment including forklifts, cranes, lathes, mills, pumps, motors, and gearboxes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams
- Use machine shop tools and equipment to fabricate or modify components as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records within a CMMS system
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support varying shifts or on-call schedules when required
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, production staff, and engineering personnel to improve equipment reliability
- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
