We are seeking an experienced Management System Analyst to support QHSE operations, ensuring effective implementation of safety systems, audits, and compliance across warehouse and supply chain environments.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Management System Analyst to support QHSE operations, ensuring effective implementation of safety systems, audits, and compliance across warehouse and supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HSE objectives, performance tracking, and reporting
- Conduct QHSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Manage incident reporting, safety alerts, and corrective actions
- Maintain risk registers, legal compliance (LOR), and training matrices
- Oversee warehouse safety, chemical handling, and material storage practices
- Coordinate environment monitoring and waste management
- Support HSE documentation, procedures, and audit readiness
- Promote safety campaigns and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Bachelor’s in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH
- 10+ years experience in supply chain / warehouse / oil & gas
- Strong experience in QHSE audits, inspections, and data analysis
- Knowledge of risk management, safety regulations, and compliance systems
- Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
