Manufacturing Operator
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in our daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in our daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation.
- Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks.
- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to address design or installation challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following 5S principles.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven (2 years) of experience in assembly or mechanical background.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Working Hours include Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30 PM
