Role Summary The Manufacturing Operator – Shipping & Receiving is responsible for supporting production operations through accurate material handling, packaging, inventory transactions, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is critical to ensuring the timely flow of materials and finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pull components and materials using production order lists
- Package materials and products according to work instructions and quality standards
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using:
- Carts
- Hand trucks
- Pallet jacks
- Load and unload shipments on the shipping/receiving dock
- Receive and process materials in SAP system
- Perform inspection of incoming materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material traceability
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and productivity focus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
