As an M&E Estimation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the estimation of tender/bidding process for mechanical and electrical systems in our construction projects.
This is a full-time position based at Sathorn, Bangkok office.

As an M&E Estimation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the estimation of tender/bidding process for mechanical and electrical systems in our construction projects.
This is a full-time position based at Sathorn, Bangkok office.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.
- Analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and other project documents to determine material and labor requirements.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Staying up-to-date with market prices, industry trends, and new construction technologies.
- Mentoring and training junior estimators to develop their skills.
- Reviewing and approving all M&E estimates for project bids and proposals.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Thai speaker is a must and very good English communication skills.
- 12+ years of experience in M&E cost estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, construction materials, and labor requirements.
- Proficient in using estimation software and tools, such as Excel, Project, and specialized estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
