Position Overview
The Mechanic is responsible for assembling and testing mechanical products, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper documentation within a manufacturing environment. This position requires hands-on mechanical assembly skills, equipment operation, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components for all product lines using the correct tools, fixtures, and assembly techniques.
- Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product assembly and testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints; identify components accurately.
- Use hand tools, rework tools, and various mechanical equipment.
- Perform dimensional checks and set tolerances on mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create accurate labor and production records for all work transactions.
- Use principles and tools from the Manufacturing System to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- BOP (Blowout Preventer) knowledge, Valve and choke knowledge, SAP experience
- 3-4+ years of related mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree (preferred)
- Forklift, Crane, H2S, HSE
- Hytork
- Test Pump
- Impact Wrench
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Extended periods of standing and manual work in a shop environment.
