Salary & Benefits
• $65/hr + penalties
• Fortnightly pay through a modern online payroll system
• 2/2 roster (day & nights) – great work/life balance
• Start date: 3rd June (swing commences on this date)
• Camp accommodation and meals provided
• Opportunity for contract extension or sign‑over for the right person
• Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant support throughout your contract

About You
• Experienced in fixed plant operations within mining or heavy industry
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and communication
• Ability to work autonomously and follow operational procedures
• Physically fit and able to pass all site medical and compliance requirements
• Current tickets/inductions relevant to fixed plant operation (advantageous)
The Job Role
• Join the OPF team, supporting safe and efficient plant operations
• Operate, monitor and maintain fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal production
• Identify and report hazards, faults and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to meet daily targets
• Hit the ground running—your first priority will be supporting stable plant performance from day one
