This well established and successful energy company is seeking a Pipeline Mechanical Technician to cover predominantly the Northern region (from South Auckland to Whangarei) working on pipelines, liaising with mainly the farming community and working outdoors.
This is a varied permanent role and you would be involved in a variety of activities such as pipeline easement maintenance, and at times working with other teams and contractors within their business working on the likes of pipeline installation with site operations including pigging and commissioning.
Your strong mechanical background including qualifications in Trade or Gas Transmission will assist you in finding your feet quickly in this position and you will have a good understanding of P&IDs, and isolations.
A strong proven track record in HSE is required and their philosophy is to ensure health and safety management protocols within their daily activities are in place to prevent injuries to people and the environment.

- The collection of other site data at various locations for their teams outside of the Northern Region
