RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Leads complex compressor station operations and maintenance activities under limited supervision. 
- Oversees operation and troubleshooting of compressor stations, including advanced maintenance and optimization of compressors, pumps, and auxiliary systems. 
- Utilizes predictive maintenance tools to proactively reduce unscheduled downtime. 
- Ensures accurate GIS mapping and leads periodic visual inspections of compressor stations. 
- Drives compliance with regulatory and DOT standards, coordinating emergency response efforts. 
- Leads real-time surveillance and operational checks of compressor station systems, ensuring thorough documentation of activities. 
- Manages corrective tasks, oversees vendor performance, and represents the company in material deliveries. 
- Collaborates with chemical techs and engineering teams for equipment protection and upgrades. 
- Trains and mentors lower-level employees, facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. 
- Serves as a field-wide contact for compressor station operations and maintenance, especially during emergencies. 
- Maintains a strong safety culture, participates in the SAFE program, and upholds the authority to stop work in unsafe conditions.
