.Net / React Full Stack Developer – 12 Months Contract – Paris, France
Starting date 20 July
Hybrid – 3 days on site 2 days remote
Must be fluent in French with a good command of English

Must Have – At least 6 years within software Development. .NET 10 / C#. Entity Framework. React. REST APIs. PostgreSQL. MongoDB. Hexagonal Architecture / Clean Architecture. Unit Testing & Integration Testing. Git. CI/CD. Familiarity with AWS & cloud-based application environments. Strong awareness of software quality, maintainability, security, & operational excellence. Ability to work autonomously on complex topics without being expected to act as an official Tech Lead or Architect. Previous experience in a product environment with strong production, quality, & application-maintenance requirements
The scope of the mission focuses on the Finance team. In practice, this team mainly handles accounting flows, reconciliation processes, data quality & consistency, processing traceability, anomaly correction, & the operation of business-critical & sensitive processes. The platform is built on a microservices architecture & leverages AWS cloud components, with strong requirements in terms of reliability, maintainability, & scalability within an international environment. As a result, a solid understanding of the AWS ecosystem is expected in order to work effectively within the existing platform.
We are looking for a .Net / React Full-Stack Mid-Senior to Senior level. You should be autonomous, detail-oriented, capable of owning topics end-to-end, & comfortable working in both product-development & production-support environments. You will contribute to the development & maintenance of features related to accounting workflows & associated business processes. You will also participate in incident analysis, process reliability improvements, technical debt reduction, & the continuous enhancement of software quality.

.Net / React Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain backend features using .NET / C# & frontend features using React.
- Design & enhance reliable REST APIs & application services.
- Contribute to the reliability of accounting workflows, data quality, & processing consistency.
- Improve traceability, reconciliation capabilities, & discrepancy analysis.
- Correct defects, reduce manual interventions, & prevent regressions.
- Reduce technical debt when it improves product reliability, maintainability, or operational efficiency.
- Create & maintain the necessary unit tests, integration tests, & regression tests.
- Document technical decisions, critical business processes, & operational procedures required for production support.
Production Support & Operations Expectations
- Analyse logs, application errors, & unexpected production behaviour.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, & propose appropriate fixes.
- Provide production support for processes within the team's scope.
- Contribute to runbooks, technical documentation, & support procedures.
- Secure fixes through appropriate testing & careful assessment of potential side effects.
Use of AI Tools
