Melbourne Based | QLD Focus | Solar & BESS
We’re working with a growing renewable energy business looking to expand its O&M portfolio by 500MW+ across utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
This is a commercially driven role focused on winning new service contracts, building relationships with asset owners, and driving high-margin growth across the NEM.

What you’ll do
- Win new O&M contracts across solar and BESS
- Build relationships with developers and asset owners
- Lead tenders, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Support due diligence and project viability assessments
- Experience in business development / sales within renewables or energy
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and/or BESS
- Commercial mindset with contract and risk awareness
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years in sales / BD
- 5+ years in market development
- Full Australian working rights
- Build a portfolio from scratch
- High autonomy and real commercial ownership
- Work directly with major asset owners across Australia
