O&M Manager - Residential, SME & Commercial (Solar)

Job Purpose
Lead all after-sales O&M activities for the company across Residential, SME, and Commercial (B2B) portfolios, and oversee yield monitoring for company's own Private PPA projects. Keep every system running at peak performance, protect contracted energy yield and customer SLAs, and uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the O&M team across Residential, SME, and Commercial segments — engineers, technicians, dispatch staff, and subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the entire fleet, with segment appropriate service models (high-volume residential dispatch vs. structured commercial SLAs).
• Monitor system performance daily via inverter platforms (Huawei, Enphase, Hoymiles, etc.) and act on under-performance.
• COMMERCIAL O&M — Manage Service Level Agreements with B2B/Commercial clients; conduct site QBRs; deliver structured monthly performance reports.
• PPA YIELD MONITORING — Oversee daily/monthly yield monitoring of company's own Private PPA projects; track actual vs. forecast energy output; protect revenue by detecting and resolving yield losses fast
• Prepare PPA and Commercial performance reports for management, investors, and clients, including PR, yield, downtime, and revenue impact.
• Own SLA, uptime, MTTR, and first-time-fix targets across all segments; report monthly to management.
• Manage warranty claims and RMA with panel, inverter, and battery suppliers.
• Handle escalated customer complaints across all segments; coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service.
• Ensure compliance with PEA/MEA codes, ISO 9001/50001, and workplace safety law.
• Drive continuous improvement: optimize dispatch, lower cost-to-serve, reduce repeat visits, standardize commercial service playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 5+ years in solar PV O&M covering both residential/SME and commercial/utility-scale, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of grid-tied PV, string/microinverters, hybrid systems, and monitoring platforms across small and large systems.
• Experience managing B2B/Commercial SLAs and structured client reporting.
• Familiarity with PEA/MEA grid rules and net-metering / net-billing schemes.
• Associate Electrical Engineer license preferred.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel upcountry

• REQUIRED — either (or both):
  • Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for reporting and team productivity, OR
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/INDEXMATCH, dashboards, Power Query) for monthly reports.
• Working knowledge of inverter monitoring platforms and ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and Thai workplace safety law.
