Job Title:- O&M Manager (Operation & Maintenance)
Job Location - Basra
Industry: LNG / Marine Operations / Energy
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Engineer (Unlimited) certification.
• Minimum 15 years of maritime, LNG, terminal operations, or offshore energy
industry experience.
• Significant shore-based operational management experience within the LNG industry.
• Previous experience in LNG import/export terminals, FSRU operations, LNG
shipping, or regasification facilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing large O&M service contracts and third-party contractors.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Fluency in English Language- written and spoken
Preferred:
• Experience in start-up, commissioning, or mobilization of LNG facilities.
• Strong understanding of marine assurance, vessel operations, and offshore LNG logistics.
• Familiarity with international standards including SIGTTO, ISGOTT, ISPS Code, and related industry guidance.
• Experience of working in Iraq/ Middle East, and understanding of regional culture
