For our international client in the renewable energy sector, we are recruiting an O&M Manager responsible for the full operational lifecycle of PV assets. The role ensures safe and reliable plant operation, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with supporting functions. A key focus of the position is monitoring performance and analyzing operational and production data to drive continuous improvement and maximise asset output.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage O&M activities across PV plants, ensuring stable and safe operation.
  • Continuously monitor plant performance and analyse operational and production data.
  • Coordinate contractors and service providers, overseeing the quality and timeliness of maintenance activities.
  • Supervise inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards, grid requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Oversee SCADA and monitoring systems, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
  • Work closely with engineering, asset management, and other internal teams.

Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in O&M for renewable energy assets or similar operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, transformers, and grid‑related aspects.
  • Hands‑on experience with SCADA and monitoring platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital and AI‑driven solutions is an advantage.
  • Fully communicative in English.
