The Role
NES Fircroft have partnered with a global OEM at the forefront of renewable technology who are seeking an experienced O&M Service Manager to lead long-term service agreements and drive performance across utility-scale BESS assets.
This office based role is a high-impact position offering strong technical exposure and the opportunity to support critical energy infrastructure.

This office based role is a high-impact position offering strong technical exposure and the opportunity to support critical energy infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Lead LTSA execution and optimise asset performance.
- Manage availability guarantees, KPIs, and service delivery.
- Support tenders, pricing, risk management, and contract activities.
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate technical teams.
- Provide operational leadership through commissioning and ongoing service.
- Drive incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement.
- Own O&M budgets, cost control, and margin outcomes.
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or similar.
- Proven O&M leadership experience within BESS, renewables, or utility-scale assets.
- Strong technical capability with commercial awareness.
- Skilled at managing stakeholders, contracts, and service performance.
- Hands-on BESS experience.
- Knowledge of PCS, EMS, BMS, system integration, and grid compliance.
- Background working within an OEM or asset-owner environment.
- Global manufacturer with significant growth in Australia.
- Work on large-scale renewable projects shaping the energy future.
