We are recruiting on behalf of our international client, one of the leading players in the energy sector, for an experienced Operations Planning Lead to support offshore wind operations.
In this role, you will be the key coordination point for the maintenance teams, responsible for operational planning and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of offshore activities.
As this is a newly created position, the initial phase of employment will involve a strong focus on establishing procedures, building operational processes and selecting relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term operational plans.
Manage work schedules and asset availability.
Effectively manage the allocation of operational resources, including technical teams, tools, spare parts, and logistics.
Plan and support shutdowns and turnarounds while ensuring minimal production downtime.
Maintain the Work Control / Permit to Work system.
Collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and offshore requirements.
Maintain technical documentation and work history records.
Requirements
Technical degree in a relevant technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, operations, logistics, and resource coordination (including vessels, transportation, spare parts, tools, and workforce).
Good understanding of the offshore environment, including marine logistics and operational constraints.
Knowledge of RAMS methodologies and experience in ensuring safe work execution.
Experience working with CMMS / ERP systems such as SAP.
Fluency in both Polish and English.
