Role OverviewThe ORA Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for optimizing asset reliability and maintenance strategies to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role involves analyzing equipment performance, implementing reliability programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operational assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for critical assets.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvement.
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize maintenance schedules.
- Prepare technical reports and reliability metrics for management review.
- Support spare parts optimization and inventory management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance and reliability within oil & gas or heavy industry. FPSO experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reliability tools (RCM, FMEA, CMMS systems).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reliability software applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Rotation: As per project requirements (e.g., 28/28 or similar)
