Job Summary
As a Power Generation Consultant, you will play a critical role in advancing innovative power generation projects. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead engagements with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical insights to improve plant performance and cost efficiency through system modeling and techno‑economic evaluations. You will help mature project designs, guide procurement strategy, and contribute your expertise in proposal development, supply chain management, and process optimization.
This role also involves managing procurement activities, supporting system integration, and overseeing transmission system operations. Additional responsibilities include cost estimation, solar system considerations, heat exchanger design, performance assessments, CapEx oversight, assembly‑level programming tasks, and generating analytical reports using tools such as SigmaXL.

- Optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Lead procurement planning and vendor management activities.
- Integrate multiple systems for seamless project execution.
- Manage and maintain transmission systems to ensure reliability.
- Conduct cost estimation for budgeting and financial planning.
- Apply knowledge of solar energy systems where applicable.
- Design and evaluate heat exchangers for thermal performance.
- Conduct system performance evaluations.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) to maintain financial discipline.
- Utilize assembly language programming for system‑level tasks.
- Develop reports and data analytics using SigmaXL.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ORC systems or related power generation technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Organic Rankine Cycle project work and engineering.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external partners (OEMs/EPCs).
- Experience in supply chain management and timely delivery of materials/services.
- Ability to drive process optimization for improved operational performance.
- Proven experience leading procurement and vendor management activities.
- Proficiency in power generation system integration.
- Experience with transmission system operations and maintenance.
- Strong cost estimation capabilities.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems (preferred).
- Experience designing and evaluating heat exchangers.
- Ability to execute performance evaluations across multiple systems.
- Experience managing CapEx for project success.
- Proficiency in assembly‑level programming.
- Ability to produce analytical reports using SigmaXL.
