Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Orange, TX
Years of Experience: 3-5 in a similar role.
12 hr. Shift. Day Shift)
3 month outage with potential to move to a different project after contract is over.
Start and Stop Hours to be determined
$64.00 Per Diem for meals & Housing (Hotel), mobilization and demobilization will be covered by the client!
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
• Support the insulation outage project onsite.
• Attend daily site project meetings during the outage.
• Ensure compliance with fatigue rules applicable to hourly workers.
• Take ownership of supplier action items, serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers during the outage.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure alignment with project schedules and maintain timelines.
• Secondary shift (night shift): Assigned candidate (timing TBD: 6pm-6am or 7pm-7am)
Key Requirements
• Experience reading detailed project schedules (Primavera preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and crews.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Must attend and contribute to daily scheduling and coordination meetings.
Project Manager will provide oversight for the client and other vendors responsible for the movement of new and old units of the non-protect area.
EBI –responsibility for overseeing of removal of LV buss duct and replacement which included cutting and welding.
Provide written Progress / Status during the outage so that the site can maintain the installation scheduled.
Attend Site Project Meetings during the Installation outage.
Maintain the Fatigue-rule to ensure workers comply with the site fatigue rule procedure.
Take ownership of Supplier action items and ensure timely resolution
