Job Description Overview Our client is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation programme powered by SAP S/4HANA. This initiative focuses on standardising processes, improving data quality, and enabling better business insights across operations.

The programme aims to enhance operational performance, support complex value chains, and modernise legacy systems through technology adoption.

Purpose of Role We are looking for a Change Management Lead to drive the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working within the organisation.

This role will be responsible for delivering structured change management activities to ensure smooth deployment, minimal disruption, and strong user adoption of the new ERP solution.

You will work closely with global and local stakeholders, deployment teams, and business leaders to ensure readiness for go-live and sustained transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach local deployment teams on change management methodology and deliverables
  • Lead change impact assessments and action planning for transformation initiatives
  • Support execution and tracking of change activities with proper documentation
  • Address complex change challenges and design targeted engagement strategies
  • Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Support localisation of training and learning content
  • Build and sustain change networks within the organisation
  • Monitor change readiness and escalate risks/issues where needed
Requirements Functional Skills
  • Experience in technology-driven or ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Change strategy & planning
    • Change impact assessment
    • Stakeholder management
    • Communications & engagement
    • Change adoption & readiness
  • Knowledge of training, organisational change, and business transformation frameworks
