You’ll lead piping design and coordination to optimise facility layout while ensuring compliance with Australian and international codes. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership on a high-profile greenfield mining project.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Piping stress analysis (CAESAR II) and pipe support selection
- Construction piping installation, hydrotesting, and pneumatic testing knowledge
- Interpretation of codes, standards, and technical documentation
- Multi-discipline interface management and 3D model oversight
- Experience with Bechtel tools (TEAMWorks, Aconex, Unifier, Agile, Navisworks) preferred
- Leadership in piping design and mentoring junior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8-10 years relevant piping engineering experience, or 12-14 years in related roles
