For our Client, international manufacturing company currently establishing a new production facility in Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position:
Plant Manager
Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at our Poland facility. The focus of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality battery energy storage systems (BESS) and inverters. You will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the team to meet production targets, financial budgets, and strategic priorities.

Plant Manager
Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at our Poland facility. The focus of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality battery energy storage systems (BESS) and inverters. You will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the team to meet production targets, financial budgets, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules, output, quality, and cost objectives
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company strategy
- Optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure production efficiency
- Quality & Process Assurance
- Ensure all products, especially BESS and inverters, meet strict customer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Financial & Cost Control
- Prepare, manage, and control the plant's operational budget
- Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Team Leadership & Development
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and training to production supervisors and technical staff
- Manage team performance and foster a capable and engaged workforce
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
- 8+ years of manufacturing management experience, with priority given to candidates with BESS and inverter production background
- Proven experience managing a plant or large production unit in Poland, with strong knowledge of local regulations and operational environment
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong financial management and budget control skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Proficient in SAP, MOM, and MES systems
- Experience working in a multinational corporation
- Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 concepts
