Principal Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Principal to provide commercial and contract management support across a portfolio of greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage major contracts from award through to close-out.
• Lead commercial negotiations and resolve contractual disputes.
• Develop procurement and contracting strategies.
• Review tender documentation, contract variations, and recommendations for award.
• Provide advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management.
• Maintain contract correspondence, notices, and compliance processes.

About You

• Experience managing contracts on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Greenfields projects experience essential. 
• Experience working with complex, high-value contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
