Role Overview:
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust, fit-for-purpose process engineering solutions for offshore assets. You will ensure all activities align with company standards and stringent HSE legislation. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to design reviews, process optimisation, and the safe, efficient implementation of changes across the asset portfolio.

Role Overview:
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust, fit-for-purpose process engineering solutions for offshore assets. You will ensure all activities align with company standards and stringent HSE legislation. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to design reviews, process optimisation, and the safe, efficient implementation of changes across the asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in design safety reviews including HAZOP, HAZID, and LOPA studies to identify and mitigate process risks.
- Develop and provide engineered solutions to address process issues uncovered during safety and operational reviews.
- Ensure compliance of all engineering activities with HSE legislation, internal standards, and industry best practices.
- Support project delivery by preparing operating instructions, procedures, and work packs; assist with commissioning and multidisciplinary execution stages.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) proposals by raising, overseeing, and closing out requests with thorough technical assurance.
- Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore operations teams to resolve day-to-day process safety concerns, including conducting risk assessments, managing isolations, updating drawings, and revising procedures.
- Identify and implement value-adding opportunities within production systems by initiating and executing process modifications that enhance operational performance.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Process or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience supporting projects from Concept through to Front End Engineering Design (FEED), with a project-focused approach.
- Candidates must currently reside in the UK and either be located in or willing to commute daily to the Norwich Office.
