NES Fircroft are looking for 2 process operators to join the team on one of our major client sites. These positions start on a 6 month contract, but likely to extend or transfer full time.
Salary & Benefits
- Immediate start
- Attractive hourly rate with fortnightly pay via modern online payroll system
- Flight options from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Broome, Kununurra, or Fitzroy Crossing
- Roster: 2/2
- Opportunity for contract extension or permanent role for the right candidate

- Manual driver’s license and White Card (essential)
- Proven experience operating processing plants – Wet plant experience essential
- Familiarity with MMD sizers, cone crushing circuits, scrubbers, hydrocyclones, classifiers, thickeners
- Experience with SCADA systems (Citect, Simplicity, Meridian)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Working at Heights qualification (desirable)
- Operate and maintain ore processing plants including crushing and screening systems
- Perform general maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise performance
- Liaise with management to ensure production targets are met
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues
