About You
• Experience operating multiple sections of a processing plant (e.g., ROM, Crushing, Grinding, CIL)
• Additional certifications highly regarded and supported (First Aid, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Forklift)
• Cert II or Cert III Metalliferous Mining Operations (processing)
• Effective communication, task planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to respond effectively to production anomalies and adjust process controls as required
• Mobile plant operating experience and relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain)
The Job Role
• Operate, monitor and adjust production circuits via computerised process control systems
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and equipment issues
• Perform start‑ups, shutdowns and real‑time process adjustments
• Maintain accurate sampling and quality control records
• Support training of other personnel and act as relief Leading Hand when required
• Assist with isolations and permitting for maintenance activities
